Frequently Asked Questions

You will need to provide a certificate of incorporation (or equivalent company registration document) and a tax identification number (EIN, VAT, CIF, or equivalent). All documents must be current and match the organization name on your MCP-Hub account.
Our team reviews verification requests within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification when your verification is approved or if additional information is needed.
Verification is tied to your annual subscription. If your subscription lapses, the verified badge is removed from your MCPs and your origin status reverts to "Community." You can re-subscribe at any time to restore your verified status without re-uploading documents (within the same year).
If your verification request is rejected, you will receive a full refund. For approved verifications, refunds follow our standard terms of service. Contact support@mcp-hub.info for any billing questions.
